Rep/phone receptionist
Duties: Answer phone calls, check email for new equipment applications and assign an order fulfillment specialist to put the equipment in the pick up room.
Hours needed: 1 day a week Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00. Can be done remotely and voice mail records any unanswered calls.
Order Fulfillment Specialist
Duties: Put equipment in pick up room at Atrium Myers Park.
Hours: Monday-Friday as needed basis 11:00-3:00 .
Equipment Cleaning
Duties: clean donated equipment
Hours: flexible.
Location: Atrium Myers Park.
Data Entry
Duties: Enter data from applications to excel spreadsheet.
Hours: flexible.
Remote Service
Volunteer Coordinator
Duties: Screen, schedule and train volunteers for a variety of positions.
Hours: flexible.
Remote Service
Used Equipment Sales Coordinator
Duties: List equipment on Craigslist or EBay and coordinate the sell.
Hours: flexible.
Satisfaction Survey Caller
Duties: call recipients of equipment to follow up on recovery and collect survey data that helps evaluate and validate our program success! Script and online form provided. Great for individuals or corporate teams who have a few hours a month to make a difference.

Remote Service
Used Equipment Pick up Coordinator
Duties: Schedule and pick up used equipment from churches, retirement homes, other community partners or individuals who have 10 or more items within approximately 30 miles of Charlotte. Truck, SUV, or trailer with valid driver’s license required. Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 75 lbs. and deliver equipment to one of two warehouse locations.
