At Assist ME, our vision is to bridge poverty and insurance gaps by empowering lives through mobility. Low incomes, healthcare coverage gaps and new policy changes will hit our most vulnerable neighbors hardest. Help Assist ME meet and exceed our $10,000 end-of-year goal. 

Monetary donations help build our program capacity and allow us to purchase the most highly depleted items at the following average costs: 

• Wheelchairs (all sizes) $155
• Drop-arm, bedside commode $155
• Rollators $60
• Tub transfer benches $55
• Donations to acquire specialty items such as sit-to-stand lifts, hospital bed mattresses, or brand/model-specific power chair/scooter batteries – prices vary
